Our 45-Day Job-Ready Training Program
We offer an intensive 45-day training program aligned with your chosen track and trending technologies (including Python development, DevOps, cloud, AI/ML foundations, and related stacks, as applicable). The program is designed to build practical skills, confidence, and employability within a focused timeline.

As part of our services, you may receive recruiter outreach via phone calls, emails, or messages regarding opportunities, screenings, and interviews. Recruiters may mention how they found your profile—for example LinkedIn, Naukri, referral networks, or other legitimate hiring channels. This is normal in the hiring process and does not change our commitment to supporting your placement journey.

B. Career Counseling, Training & Placement Agreement (Covenant)
This Career Counseling, Training & Placement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

By enrolling and/or signing below, the Candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Nature of Services
GetHiredFast Services provides career counseling, training, mentorship, and placement support as described in this Agreement and on the official website. Training may cover role-aligned tracks such as Python Developer, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, and other trending technology areas (including backend development, AI/ML, cloud, and related tools) as per the enrolled program. Instruction and mentorship are delivered with support from IT professionals with 10+ years of relevant industry experience, subject to batch and faculty allocation. Services are offered in India and are subject to eligibility, batch schedules, track availability, and program capacity.
2. Company Responsibilities
GetHiredFast Services agrees to provide the following, subject to the Candidate’s cooperation and compliance:
- Career counseling — Guidance on career direction, skill gaps, and realistic pathways toward employability in relevant technology and IT-aligned roles (including paths such as Python Developer, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, and comparable tracks).
- Training and mentorship — Structured learning aligned with current industry trends and the enrolled track (including but not limited to Python development, DevOps practices, cloud engineering, AI/ML foundations, backend development, and related trending technologies), delivered with guidance from mentors who are IT professionals with 10+ years of experience (subject to schedule and assignment).
- Resume building and interview preparation — Support to present qualifications clearly and prepare for recruiter and employer interactions.
- Job referrals and placement support — Assistance with applications, referrals where applicable, and placement support as per program scope; outreach may occur through various channels, and recruiters may reference sources such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or referrals.
Placement outcomes depend on market conditions, candidate performance, attendance, and employer decisions. The Company does not guarantee a specific role, employer, salary, or timeline.
3. Candidate Obligations
The Candidate agrees to:
- Provide correct and complete information — Including identity, education, experience, contact details, and any documents requested for counseling, training, and placement.
- Actively participate in training — Attend sessions, complete assignments, and engage with mentors in good faith.
- Attend interviews and follow-ups — Respond professionally to recruiters and employers, attend scheduled interviews, and communicate delays or conflicts in advance where possible.
- Maintain professional conduct — In all interactions with the Company, trainers, recruiters, and employers.
Failure to meet these obligations may affect the quality and continuity of services extended to the Candidate.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
4.1 Registration Fee
- A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,100 (Indian Rupees one thousand one hundred only) is payable at the time of enrollment (unless otherwise communicated in writing by GetHiredFast Services).
4.2 Success Fee (Pay After Placement)
- Upon successful placement (employment/engagement as defined in the enrollment communication), the Candidate agrees to pay 10% (ten percent) of the annual Cost to Company (CTC) offered by the employer, as a success fee for placement support and related services.
4.3 Installment Schedule for Success Fee

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the success fee shall be paid in four (4) equal
installments from the date of joining or as per the due dates below (whichever is specified at
enrollment):
- 1st installment — due by 30 days from the agreed start date of the payment plan
- 2nd installment — due by 60 days
- 3rd installment — due by 90 days
- 4th installment — due by 120 days
The Candidate authorizes timely payment as per the plan communicated at placement/onboarding for fee collection.
5. Training & Service Validity
- 45-day intensive training program — As per the enrolled batch and curriculum schedule communicated by GetHiredFast Services.
- Overall service validity — Counseling, training access (where applicable), and placement support under this Agreement are valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment, unless extended in writing by the Company.
Expired services may require re-enrollment or fresh terms as per Company policy.
6. Late Payment Penalty
- If any installment of the success fee (or other agreed fee) is delayed beyond the due date, a late payment penalty of 5% (five percent) on the overdue installment amount may be applied for that period, in addition to the principal due, unless waived in writing by GetHiredFast Services.
7. Refund Policy
- Registration fee (₹1,100) — Non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Success fee / post-placement payments — If employment ends within three (3) months of joining for reasons not solely attributable to willful misconduct by the Candidate (subject to verification and documentation as required), a partial refund or adjustment of amounts already paid may be considered minus applicable administrative charges, taxes (if any), and third-party costs, as determined by GetHiredFast Services in line with its documented policy.
- No refund of success-fee amounts (or related claims) shall apply after three (3) months from the date of joining, except as required by applicable law.
8. Confidentiality & Conduct
- Both parties shall handle shared information reasonably and not misuse personal data or proprietary training materials.
- The Candidate shall not misrepresent credentials or make false claims to employers or the Company.
9. Limitation & Disclaimers
- The Company is not an employer of the Candidate. Job offers are made by third-party employers.
- The Company is not liable for employer actions, hiring freezes, role changes, or market downturns beyond reasonable control.
10. Amendments
GetHiredFast Services may update program details, schedules, or supplementary policies on its official website. Material fee or legal terms affecting the Candidate will be communicated as per process at the time of enrollment or renewal.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Subject to applicable law, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
12. Acceptance & Signatures
By signing below (or accepting electronically on the official enrollment flow), the Candidate confirms that they have read this Agreement, agree to its terms, and that the information provided is true to the best of their knowledge.
